Worst service I have ever received from a dealership. I ordered a new key for our car on thursday Feb 24th and was told they would overnight it ready ob friday. I scheduled an appointment to have the key I ordered a new key for our car on thursday Feb 24th and was told they would overnight it ready ob friday. I scheduled an appointment to have the key programmed 8am Monday the 28th. I waited for 1.5 hours before the service tech told me they didn't have a key. Thank you for wasting my time. I'll be taking our car to Molle Toyota from here on. More
