the second day after having bought the car I returned to the toyota dealership I was ill-advised by the seller who received me the first time his name Matthew Rashad. so before I bought the car He was very the toyota dealership I was ill-advised by the seller who received me the first time his name Matthew Rashad. so before I bought the car He was very nice smiling attentive to my requests but after having bought the car, he definitely changed he was heavy with me, at the beginning I asked him that I had forgotten my sunglasses in my old car which was Hyndai Elentra this same seller did not given the will to find my glasses but at the I find them and then I told him that I noticed something wrong in the back of my new Toyota RAV 4 car this seller did not give importance to my remark by telling me that the car wasn’t like that before I got it, the car I bought the day before it can't be me who caused this anomaly and the best he did he left me in the parking lot and he told me that he is going back to work like he don’t care about me and my questions I'm sorry but it’s not how we treat customer!!!!!
