I felt ignored I came in for my 6 month maintenance on my Corolla, arrived at 12:29 for a 12:40 appointment, traffic was smoother than I planned so I got there early I came in for my 6 month maintenance on my Corolla, arrived at 12:29 for a 12:40 appointment, traffic was smoother than I planned so I got there early. One employee waved me up to pull my car forward all the way and then just walked off. 2 others saw me and just walked by. It was 6 minutes before someone came over and said We'll be with you in just a moment, and then decided to help the customer behind me instead. When I picked up the car, I asked if there were any notes or recommendations, and the girl said Oh it should all be on the last page, rather than inform me of anything that was found or needed. She just kinda took my money and said have a nice day. She then instructed me to wait for the car in the garage, but someone dropped it off outside and didn't tell me, so I was waiting an extra 5 or 10 minutes for no reason. Finally someone walked over and said "What are you waiting for?" I said the black Corolla, he pointed outside and said "Your cars out there." and then walked away. No thank you, no sorry for the wait, no have a nice, no kiss my xxx, nothing. Not really what I expected from my visits in the past. More
Inside Detail Did a good job and got the couple of stains out that I had on the back seat. Only thing I would suggest, is in my 2012 Prius there is a storage area under the back floor of the trunk area. They could have cleaned it and also, they didn't clean the front windshield glass. Both of these are minor, but I thought it would have been done. Otherwise, a good job. More
Appreciated the option for pick-up and drop-off During this time of Covid I didn't want to wait inside (although their waiting area is nice and normally a good option) while they performed a routine During this time of Covid I didn't want to wait inside (although their waiting area is nice and normally a good option) while they performed a routine oil change and inspection, along with a tire rotation and recall repair. I discussed this with a Hendricks representative, who was very helpful, and we discussed the option I could bring a folding chair and sit outside to wait, but the amount of work was going to take longer than normal, so, since I live within 15 miles, she let me know they could also arrange to come and pick-up my auto on the scheduled day and return it after the work. That sounded like a good option for me, so we scheduled that. A Robert called me the evening before my appointment and provided some helpful details on how we would coordinate the arrangements, including time, and all went very smoothly on the day they did the work. I really appreciated their flexibility, given my Covid concerns, especially as a senior. The person picking up my car was masked and gloved and a friendly person as well. It was a relief to get the work done on my car, and not have to put myself in any potentially risky situation to do so, given the current circumstances.. More
Poor quality service,communication.Job was half done.The service person was not aware that job was not complete.When called that my car was ready I specifically asked if a front end alignment was necessary service person was not aware that job was not complete.When called that my car was ready I specifically asked if a front end alignment was necessary to finish the job and was told no,the diagnostic and tech said no alignment necessary.When I picked up the car the service lady tried to hurry me out of the dealership without reviewing my repairs.Made her stop and go through the repairs and she discovered a front end alignment WAS required but was not done.I had to wait while the alignment was completed.Waiting at the dealership was exactly what I did not to do and the reason I dropped the car off.Very disappointed in the quality of service. More

Poor communication from Sales Team Saw a vehicle on their website listed as "Coming Soon". Inquired immediately as it was the truck I had been searching for. Sales team member told me i Saw a vehicle on their website listed as "Coming Soon". Inquired immediately as it was the truck I had been searching for. Sales team member told me it was in reconditioning and seemed short in the conversation. Asked if I could come out and view/ setup an appointment to test drive. I was told it was in reconditioning and I was unable to do so. Called the next day and was told that as soon as it was available I would get a call and the opportunity to view the vehicle. Waited as I didn't want to pester the sales team. Followed up a few days later and the sales team member I was working with responded saying it sold. Pretty unprofessional, I'm sure they get a lot of business but would think if told I'd get the opportunity to purchase a vehicle that they'd at least be honest about it's availability. More
