I waited over two hours for a simple oil change. During that entire time, not once did anyone come to check on me or provide an update. A simple acknowledgment, such as letting me know you were busy During that entire time, not once did anyone come to check on me or provide an update. A simple acknowledgment, such as letting me know you were busy, backed up, or that the service would take longer than expected, would have gone a long way. I am very disappointed with the level of customer service I received. After waiting more than two hours, nothing was offered to accommodate the inconvenience not even a small gesture or apology. The lack of communication and consideration made the experience very frustrating. More
