Purchased a truck from here and originally was financed but the finance company couldn't verify my husband's employment so we decided to just pay cash instead to avoid the hassle. We wrote a check for alm but the finance company couldn't verify my husband's employment so we decided to just pay cash instead to avoid the hassle. We wrote a check for almost 32K and sent it to the dealership and they cashed it. The dealership had mentioned a potential issue with registration since the original financing was changed but never followed up with us after receiving and cashing our check. We have been calling for over a week trying to find out if everything is OK with registration but not a single person will return the call or can give us an answer. We have left multiple messages and spoke to several different people, the last person today was Brenda. We told them if we did not hear from them by the end of today we would start posting negative reviews because we don't know what else to do get their attention. The truck is great, but the customer service I the absolute worst!!! You can buy a new truck anywhere, go somewhere that will still make you a priority after the sale. More

I always inspect and monitor my car service and conditions after each service at the dealer service to be on the safe side. After the car services, I found they did not check the fluids, and I need conditions after each service at the dealer service to be on the safe side. During the service, they hit our car, and they sent it t the body shop; they refused to replace the damaged tire covered under warranty only after it has escalated to the management. Recently they flushed the coolant for the radiator, and after that, I opened the radiator cap to inspect the dealer work and found it is brown instead of pink. When I saw the coolant color brown, I immediately drove the dealer to check if they did not flush it and charged me without doing the work or could be a more significant issue such as a casket issue and started to mix oil and coolant fluid. When I arrived at the dealer, they were careless and refused even to look at the radiator fluid to see if it is an emergency or not. It will take one min only to check it, but they refused, and they asked me to schedule an appointment after one week. I asked Kody and Chase; what if there is an issue with the engine, but they were careless and refused to help. Instead, chase and Kody were so rude and cut me when I am talking. In such a situation, when a customer comes with brown coolant fluid, the first thing he should do is to ask the customer not to drive the car anymore. I am sure he knows this could be a severe problem that could cause the customer to lose the engine, but he is a careless person with Chase. More
