Why I don't have any idea, later when I contacted Chad Hoover Service Manager, Chad ignored my call don't want to help he told me to have a good day and hung up the phone, What a disappointment that the place we trust To repair our vehicles is the same place that is responsible for breaking our cars, obviously it is not the first time this has happened, now I have to make another expense and pay to inspect my 4runner for safety from my family, I am now in the process of taking legal action against Hendrick Toyota of north charleston because this could have cost the lives of my family, or someone else on the road. This criminal act has to be investigated and punished so that it does not happen to anyone else. More
