Michael Benton reacted to my walk-in issue immediately. He listened patiently as I described the loss of a post earring - hoping it was under the driver’s seat. I was thinking taking the seat out to search might be necessary. He walked me to my car and did a thorough search that a consumer would not be able to do. He was pleasant, asked good questions and did and clearly explained his approach. Unfortunately the earring was not there.
