Fernando in service dept took real good care of me. My battery on my 2017 VW Atlas completely died and there was an issue with the Autocare service of my warranty. I went in looking for an Atlas and Robert Fabian was the best! It was a zero pressure sales and he actually provided me a few options that I hadn’t thought of. When it came down to it, it didn’t make the most financial sense at the time and he graciously let me walk out without trying to talk me into something I didn’t want to do. He followed up a few days after like he said he would and let me know politely that the car was still there and he would keep me updated on if it sold or not. After careful consideration, I went back and as he promised he helped walk me through everything and it was very quick and easy. The whole process is very smooth at Hendricks and I would not only recommend Robert but the entire dealership for anyone looking. More
