Went to this dealership to inquire about a Golf-R and George Strong assisted us to get us into the waitlist. Although we are happily waiting, we were in need of another vehicle, so we called Mr. Strong l George Strong assisted us to get us into the waitlist. Although we are happily waiting, we were in need of another vehicle, so we called Mr. Strong last week and we were able to see him within the hour. He remembered us and our color preferences, so by the time we arrived, he had a selection of vehicles for us to choose from. I ended up with the first recommendation. Now, I’m the proud owner of a blue SE Tiguan. I’m amazed of the vehicle’s color and features. Definitely, I’m glad we switched brands and also that we received an amazing service. I just purchased my CPO 2019 Tiguan from George Strong at Hendrick VW Frisco. Absolutely one of the easiest experiences I've ever had!! I contacted George after finding the listing for my Tiguan on cars.com Hendrick VW Frisco. Absolutely one of the easiest experiences I've ever had!! I contacted George after finding the listing for my Tiguan on cars.com via email. He called within 15 minutes to let me know the vehicle was still available and to review some of the details. I let him know I'd be in for a test drive that evening (Friday). Before I got there he texted me a video walk-around of my Tiguan in the showroom. The dealership is beautiful! Very easy to find on Hwy 121. I was greeted immediately and connected with George. He'd already pulled my Tiguan to the side for my test drive. We walked around the vehicle and he took the time to go over EVERYTHING, from the vehicle history to the pinstriping. Once inside the vehicle he reviewed ALL of the features - he truly is an expert on VWs! The test drive went better than I'd hoped and I made the decision to buy that night. We reviewed my financing and signed the paperwork - both George and the Business Manager (Ray) were helpful and answered all of my questions along the way. I drove home that night in my Tiguan! It has been 4 days since I purchased and George has followed up twice - he really does care! This was such a great experience and I will happily go back to visit George the next time I need a car.
