Never in my life I went here after requesting information on a 2018 Atlas. When I got there, talked to a sales person. His appraisal guy went look at my vehicle, he dr I went here after requesting information on a 2018 Atlas. When I got there, talked to a sales person. His appraisal guy went look at my vehicle, he drove it, played with all the buttons, touches the tires. A little while later after going back and forth with numbers. We agreed on price. Gave them all of my information for financing to get approval. Had to leave for an appt I had. About 15 minutes later after leaving there. Received a phone to tell me that they can not give me the amount of my trade we had agreed upon. It will be $2500 less than the offer that we agreed on and shook hands. REALLY. Also talked to Jessie and he said that some one will be contacting me about my issue. LOL. Never got that phone call. AND CHRIS The car was not appraised sight unseen. More

I love my new Atlas from Hendricks VW I had a really great experience while buying my new Atlas, I can only say good things about the way Anas, the salesman, treated me, he was straight-fo I had a really great experience while buying my new Atlas, I can only say good things about the way Anas, the salesman, treated me, he was straight-forward with the pricing and really courteous, didn't waste my time at all, he never pushed me to get upgrades or extra services that I told him I didn't want. He took the time to compare the different models in detail and made concise recommendations on which model might best fit my needs. I will definitely recommend you talk to Anas if you're planning on buying a VW. Also, the other employees at the dealership were really great, they explained everything in detail and made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole process. More

Terrible experience I am sure the dealership is great and hope mine was a one off bad experience. I normally don't write reviews, but I chose to write this one because they called me multiple times to justify what they were doing is right. I requested a price quote on their website for a 2018 Volkswagen Jetta S, because it said this - "Please Note: We provide Savings on our vehicles daily based on current inventory supply. Check to see if this vehicle qualifies for a Sale Price." So I wanted to check if the price on the website is final? Luis called me back and refused to give me the price. He told they pay thousands of dollars for a marketing company and some other unrelated things. He told I can look elsewhere but he cannot give me a price. After an hour, another guy called back asking should we stop posting prices online and told if we are losing your business for a $100, so be it. - I never told you guys to stop posting prices online and in fact it is the most convenient way to shop. I had a simple question and wanted to know if the online price was final? Are you saying I shouldn't ask that question? When did I say I am considering another place because you are quoting $100 higher? The way you both handled the situation was just so rude. More
