I had spent over eight hours the day before at another dealership and left in frustration and with a negative view on car dealerships/salesmen. Then today I decided to try Hendrick VW of Concord and just talk with Robert (RD) to see what my options were. RD was the most respectful, honest, and transparent salesman I have ever dealt with. I immediately felt comfortable with him enough to want to buy a car through VW of Concord. I’m only 22 years old and I have never been through this process alone but he was very detailed and honest about everything that was happening. He walked me through every step, never left out any important information, and was patient with me the whole day. He also never judged me and was very encouraging with knowing I’d be able to buy what I wanted (Tiguan) today! He also has a very funny and positive personality which makes the process easier, he likes to crack a joke every know and then which took away the stress of buying a new car. If you’re looking for someone to listen to you and have the best interest for you/your wallet he is the person to deal with! He will even find a bow to put on your new car like he did mine! RD was exceptional and I hope if you are reading this review looking for a salesman, you go with him. The dealership itself is amazing as well. The customer service they all give is nothing but exceptional. They even feed you Chick-Fil-A! I had a Tiguan before and got my car serviced here always and they definitely have a customer for life!
