My wife and I spent at least 20 hours of researching which vehicle would be the best fit for our family. We narrowed it down to a 2018 VW Tiguan and a 2018 Kia Sorento. I wanted to stay with Kia since we were trading in a 2014 Kia Soul and had my doubts about going to a different brand. When we arrived at the dealership, we got out of the car and Robert was there to greet us asking if we needed any assistance. That meant a lot for me. The day prior, I visited the VW dealership in South Charlotte and did not have the same level of service. It was about 10 minutes after I was inside of the showroom before anyone asked if I needed help. Robert was patient with us deciding which features we wanted on the vehicle as well as the color. He did make sure to go over all of the options and safety features on the Tiguan before we left with our new car.
