BEST PRICING IN CHARLOTTE METRO AREA So, I’m a little ocd and did about two weeks of research online before even going car hunting. I knew I wanted a foreign car, My mom had a VW Bug in the 80’s and I had a Jetta back in early 90’s that had over 300,000 miles on it. So, I was experienced with VW and their quality. I searched online and found a 2018 Jetta Sport that I loved with Black paint and Black rims-it was Hot! Hendrick VW internet pricing was about $4500 less than all the Charlotte and Hickory Metro area VW dealerships. I went to Hendrick VW of Concord specifically to test drive that car. Even more competive than dealerships like CarMax and Carvana. I could buy brand new for what comparable dealerships were asking for 3-4 years old. I was pleasantly surprised and glad when a female salesperson approached me BreAnna Griffin. I was never “attacked” in the parking lot. She was so down to earth and made me feel comfortable and not “hustled” or rushed during the process. Before test driving she went over all the details of the car not only explaining but demonstrating the mechanics,features and benefits of the vehicle. I fell in love after test driving the car, but felt I should test drive another vehicle just to make sure the VW sport was right for me. BreAnna remembering what features and benefits I liked in the sport suggested this 2017 GLI TURBO that only had 8000miles in it -and OMG I was sold the moment I put it into 2nd gear. I will never buy a car without TURBO again! I feel like I’m a race driver with the smoothest ride. This is the first car that I have bought by myself without a husband taking the lead. BreAnna and Titus (Fianance Mgr) really took their time with explaining step by step what I needed to do to get this car. The car was delivered to me perfect with a full tank of gas. Most salespersons would shake your hand and hand you the keys. Not BreAnna! She took extra time to sync my phone to car radio and set radio stations to my preferred stations without me even asking. She said she wanted me to be all set up driving off the lot. The whole process was a positive experience.....You better do everything you can to hold on to BreAnna. She is a smart, professional class act. I will buy another car from her in the future. More
