Told BreAnna about the Lexus that was on the lot, as it was not on the lot at the time when we back to the dealership. So we describe the to car her, and was not there, so we gave her more information and guess what BreAnna found the car and brought the car to us. Was not going to buy a the time, so we drove the Lexus around and we bought the Lexus. BreAnna was great to work with and very knowledge about the Lexus. Felt comfortable with the honesty and integrity of the sale. I bought a Passat. It is a beautiful car and handles very well. I compared it with another car that I really liked. I chose the Passat hands down.. I definitely recommend this dealership and Breanna in particular. She knows her stuff and she is delightful. During the process, a manager came over and introduced himself. You can't beat that for customer service. I wish I could remember everyone's name because the guy working in the Finance area was great and the young man who took a picture of Breanna and me was so genuinely pleasant. I asked Breanna about the buildings behind the dealership, so on my test drive, she directed me to those buildings and told me about them. This really was a very pleasant experience. More

Aside of the fact that I am a Loyal Hendricks motorsports Team NASCAR fan, I could not wait to do business at the dealership. I actually made the deal on my 2017 VW Passat SEL Premium over the phone and text with BreAnna Griffin. Between BreAnna and Joe "JW" Whitley we made a deal and we were off to North Carolina. I knew I wanted another Lexus and thought about buying a low mileage certified pre owned vehicle. A friend of mine referred me to Joe Whitley at Hendrick VW suggesting he could help me find what I wanted. This was the best referral I’ve ever received; Joe listened to my needs/wants and found exactly what I was looking for. BreAnna assisted me with the test drive and operation of the car; she was very courteous and her knowledge of the vehicle made understanding the features extremely easy. Today I spoke with BreAnna about adding another service and she said she would look into my request and get back to me by the end of the day. My impression is they went above and beyond to help me. The following week we found in their Honda lot a 2014 Honda, CRV EXL, one local owner, color we had hoped for, etc. With the cost of the Honda we felt it was not possible for us to purchase - her expertise sales ability she made it possible, we bought our pride & joy on September 13, 2016.
