Andy pointed out a few options after I mentioned how my wife wanted a minivan and I ended up purchasing a 2014 Used VW VAN! Overall, the experience was great!!! Andy drove us around all the Hendricks lots to compare features and prices. He sat and scoured the internet for an hour searching for exactly what my wife wanted. Yet, when everything was said and done the best deal for the dollar was with Hendricks VW and the very first car I looked at! My intent was to test drive a pre selected list of cars. (Impala, Charger, A truck or two, and a few SUVs and trucks, and all new). After seeing the VW van that was used with low miles and learning of the extended warranty because it was VW certified, the overall value for the price was an easy decision! If you are in the market for a new VW or a used car, I recommend checking out VW of Concord and ask for Andy Burke! There were none of the high pressure sales tactics, everything was very straightforward and above board. The dealership is extremely clean and inviting. I was also impressed by the meticulous appearance of the service area. My salesman was Michael McMorrow and he was very courteous and knowledgeable. I went with my step-dad to look at a brand new I totally forgot about doing the review but I had a great experience at Hendrick Volkswagen of Concord. I went with my step-dad to look at a brand new 2015 Volkswagen Golf GTI Autobahn that we had seen on Autotrader.com. We met Carson Henry of Hendrick Volkswagen who was more than happy to let us test drive a 2015 Volkswagen Golf GTI with the lighting package and SE trim with the DSG dual clutch automatic transmission. Carson even asked "would you like the drive the manual or automatic transmission?" I've never been asked that before at a dealership as they all assume since I am a 16 year old that I want to drive the automatic. Everyone at the dealership were kind and polite, as I was also. I had lots of questions to ask Carson to which he would answer to the best of his ability. I had done my research before I went to the dealership so I was able to talk to Carson about some things that I had learned that I had questions on. Both my step-dad and I took a turn driving the car and it was great! I highly encourage someone looking for great customer care to head over to Hendrick Volkswagen of Concord! I will be going back later! More
