I have purchased several cars in the past from dealers and knew what to expect, but my husband had never purchased a vehicle from a dealer, and he was a little nervous of how it would go. It went great! They are friendly, funny, and fast! I was expecting it to take hours, but thankfully we were in and out in no time. Helpful, friendly, able to do what it takes to make us happy customers. My only complaint is the familiar, "let me get that info and talk to my sales manager," that all used car dealers/salesmen use. We could've saved a lot of time if my salesman had just asked the questions and come right back. Otto (credit/finance) was extremely helpful and got better terms for me than my credit union! More
