Excellent buying experience from start to finish I was in the market for a very specific Buick Enclave. My salesperson was Chris Brown. We looked on all 3 lots for the specific car that I desired bu I was in the market for a very specific Buick Enclave. My salesperson was Chris Brown. We looked on all 3 lots for the specific car that I desired but, it didn't exist. Chris was EXCEPTIONAL. He searched for that vehicle throughout GA and neighboring states -- only 1 existed and it was at a dealership that I had already visited, written-up the deal and later canceled due to unscrupulous salesmanship! So, Chris suggested that I order one. The only "problem" was that I had to order a 2016 instead of a 2015. Anyway, his knowledge of the vehicle, attention to detail, enthusiasm, work ethic and integrity throughout the process was second-to-none. I've bought several vehicles in my lifetime but, THIS was, BY FAR, the best experience I've had. Though I know he's a salesman, it didn't feel like it was a buyer/seller relationship. Chris made it feel like we were old friends reuniting to conduct business. He went over and above to insure that my buying experience was 100% satisfactory -- and it was! And the exemplary customer service continued even after the sale. I have already recommended a friend to go see Chris and I will recommend others. Forget setting the gold standard, Chris' standard is DIAMOND! So happy I went to, Hennessy Buick GMC Mazda and got CHRIS BROWN! More

As a single woman I had many concerns about buying a used car from a dealership and dealing with a used car salesperson. CJ was very patient in answering all my questions honestly and clearly. He was professional in every respect down to showing me all about the car, even things I did not ask and would have thought of later. Cecil did not push me into a decision, he suggested I think about my choices and let him know. When I came back the next day with a decision he said "If you feel intimidated we will go slow and ask any questions you like". I have recommended CJ to a friend who is in the market for a new car. He got me in the car that I wanted even when locating that car was not easy. And...when we did locate it and I found obstacles to taking that car, he found solutions that worked in my favor (and probably didn't help the dealership). He was overall excellent and I'm glad I went with Hennessey. Also... thumbs up on the loaner car they gave me while I was waiting on my car to come in. While I purchased a Mazda, I was given a Buick and I loved it! Bob Beers was kind/flexible when I told him I couldn't drive the Yukon (too big) that they had slated for me... he found a Buick Lacrosse for me and it was really nice. More

Drity car,tire pressure light was on . My car was in for body repair after an accident. Our sales person, Mark Cooper did an outstanding job answering our questions, showing us the car, and getting us the best price. Good experience----but pricey Mr. Ousley was excellent but could not get superiors to discount vehicle to a reasonable amount. My wife hates the haggling process but I don't mind.
