My name is Chris Moore, I am the pre-owned manager your husband spoke with. I apologize that you had a less than pleasurable experience, we do strive for customer satisfaction as you can see by our other reviews. Hopefully I can shed some light on the particular items you have pointed out. You're husband came in saying Lamont blatently disregarded his request of having the vehicle detailed, I only showed him my detail bill to prove that wasn't the case and that Lamont did in fact do as requested, I further explained that it may not have been detailed to your satisfaction and for that I apologized and had the car redetailed at no cost, but I did not want either of you to leave with the impression that Lamont did not do his job as accused. A typical car dealer carries on average 5-10 different models of vehicles on their lot, we carry over 100. It is very difficult to know every feature and every option on every different model of vehicle. What I do expect is to be able to find out the answer to any specific question, I apologize if there were any unanswered questions and will be happy to answer any you have. I hope this sheds some light on the situation and that you remove this review, if this does not, I would be happy to address any additional concerns to rectify the situation.
