Car buying can be stressful and intimidating, but not here! We purchased a used Ford Transit Van that had a wheelchair lift installed. I had been researching these vans for several months. We drove almost 3 hours to come and see this van after looking at several others that were closer to home. I wish we would have just started here! We worked with Duane and he never made me feel rushed or that we were waisting his time. He was very professional and treated us with respect. We also worked with Gerren in Finance. We had several questions, but never felt silly asking any of them. He was very informative and kind. When we are ready to buy again we will be repeat customers! More

Started off friendly and helpful, until I didn't put a deposit down. (Vehicle was not "show" ready) so why would I put down on a vehicle I didn't even see? Keith did not take me as a serious buyer, lol I drove 3 hrs to see the vehicle they listed so yes I am a serious buyer. I was ready to put down, but not until I got to actually see the "show ready" vehicle. Also the vehicle is on there website but was not available to look at, then why post it online? He would not negotiate and he had the "take it or leave it mentality." Made me feel like I was doing him a favor by being there. So ok, I will gladly take my business elsewhere. More
