On another note, the manager never spoke to us or even acknowledged us. He interrupted Alon by calling for him from his office at least twice while he was trying to accommodate us in making our purchase, then ignored Alon at least twice when he was trying to get answers for us in regards to questions we had. The man later brushed right past us and Alon with a cold and rude attitude. Guess he was having a really bad day. But, Alon never faltered or made any comment. He remained very professional throughout the entire transaction. This is the reason for the average rating of customer service.
