I would not recommend Hennessy Ford Lincoln Atlanta-Chamblee Service. Our vehicle was picked up from our driveway for a routine oil change and recall service. I had driven it earlier that mo Atlanta-Chamblee Service. Our vehicle was picked up from our driveway for a routine oil change and recall service. I had driven it earlier that morning after dropping off our kids, and the running board was working normally. When the vehicle was returned later that day, the running board was broken and making noise. The recall they said they would complete was also not done. The running board stopped working while the vehicle was in Hennessy’s possession, either during the drive to the dealership or while it was there for service. Instead of taking responsibility, they dismissed our concerns and said mechanical failures can happen at any time. They then quoted us $1,300 to fix the same running board that worked before they picked up the car. They kept our car for 8 days before returning it in the same broken condition. We asked to see the video footage they claimed to have reviewed, but they would not provide it. That lack of transparency is a major red flag. In my opinion, this service department is more interested in making money than doing the right thing. Alaina Connor was rude and dismissive in our interactions. Find an honest service center. Based on this experience, I would not trust or recommend Hennessy Ford Lincoln Atlanta-Chamblee Service or dealership. More
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Hennessy Ford Lincoln Atlanta-Chamblee Service, and I would not recommend this service center. I scheduled a routine oil change, and Hennessy picked up my Ford Lincoln Atlanta-Chamblee Service, and I would not recommend this service center. I scheduled a routine oil change, and Hennessy picked up my vehicle from my home, which I initially appreciated as a convenient service. I was also told they would take care of a recall on my vehicle while it was there for the oil change. That did not happen. When my vehicle was returned later that day, the running board was broken. The technician who dropped it off acknowledged that it was not working properly and was making a strange sound. We immediately contacted our service advisor, Josh, to report the issue. He arranged for a loaner vehicle to be delivered to my home the next day and had my car taken back to the shop on April 23. To be clear, the only issue I asked them to address at that point was the running board, which had been working before the oil change and came back broken while the vehicle was in their possession. Instead of focusing on that issue, the dealership performed a full inspection that I did not request. The next day, I received a report listing numerous “critical” repairs totaling approximately $13,000, including about $1,300 to repair the running board. The report also said I needed a new battery, even though Hennessy had replaced my battery only about a year earlier. That raised serious concerns for me and made the inspection feel more like an upsell than an effort to resolve the actual problem I brought to their attention. I responded politely and clearly that I had not requested a full inspection and that I simply wanted the running board repaired, since it stopped working after being in their care for a routine oil change. After that, communication became very poor. My car sat at the shop for several days with little to no update, and I was left assuming they were working on the issue. When I finally spoke with the service manager, Alaina Conner, the conversation was disappointing and dismissive. I asked her to review the shop video from the service visit. She later told me she had reviewed the video and needed to speak with the technician, and said she would call me back. I did not hear from her again until two days later. During that time, I also reached out to Josh multiple times and received no meaningful response. About a week after my vehicle was taken back to the shop, I was told the running board issue was “mechanical” and that Hennessy would be returning my vehicle to me broken. I asked to see the video footage from the oil change visit, but was told they could not provide it. The recall they had originally said they would address during the oil change was also still not completed. At this point, I now have to take my vehicle to an independent mechanic for an honest assessment. My vehicle was picked up for a routine oil change and recall service with a working running board, and it was returned with the running board broken. Hennessy Ford Lincoln Atlanta-Chamblee has not taken responsibility for what happened while the vehicle was in their possession, and the lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism throughout this process was unacceptable. I will not use this service center again. I would caution others before bringing their vehicle here, because this has been an extremely frustrating experience. I am also currently in the market for a second vehicle, and based on this experience, I will not consider purchasing from or servicing with Hennessy Ford Lincoln Atlanta-Chamblee in the future. No wonder the dealership has a 1.5 BBB rating. More
During the sales process, everyone was super nice I mean super nice. This car has a lot more bells and whistles than my previous car and I had instruction right after I bought the car. But when I called bac super nice. This car has a lot more bells and whistles than my previous car and I had instruction right after I bought the car. But when I called back with questions I couldn’t get anybody to call me back for five days. I now have another appointment for training. More
Hi my name is Chasadie Davis. I bought a car January 21, 2026 from Hennessy Ford Atlanta in chamblee, GA. A 2022 kia telluride. It was preowned but they told me it was a great car I bought a car January 21, 2026 from Hennessy Ford Atlanta in chamblee, GA. A 2022 kia telluride. It was preowned but they told me it was a great car, well taken care of, and passed everything with flying colors. I took it into a Kia dealership because my radio started glitching and acting up, and the Kia dealership let me know that my car had eight safety recalls on it. One of those recalls causing an electrical fire. That put me and my family in danger. I have two kids, and they let me drive off the lot knowing that recall was on there. When I took it into the Kia dealership, the Kia dealership called me back saying the car had a couple of underlying issues. The oil drain pan was leaking all through the car and the cars belts. The coolant needed to be flushed because it was so dirty. I needed an oil change. I bought a car where they told me everything was up to date, but come to find out, my car doesn’t need oil changes until 7500 miles. I’ve only driven the car right over 3000 miles since I got it. So that was another lie I got told. That cost me over $1400.00 out of pocket. The whole radio needs to be replaced, and they are wanting over $2500 dollars for it. I feel completely scammed. I paid around $33,000 dollars out of pocket for the car. Now not even 3 months later, it has all these issues. I wrote a review on google, and they reached out to me. I thought they were going to make it right, but they came back and said there’s nothing they are going to do. So this is really upsetting as we are a one income family, and I am a stay at home mom, and this has turned my family upside down. My family was put at risk, and this dealership isn’t wanting to do anything to make it right. I am distraught and very upset. At the end of the day, a car is replaceable, but my children and I are not. I want justice from this dealership. More
Sales negotiation was very pleasant, not sure if it's because they're trying to push "slow-selling" vehicles out?! After sale support has been virtually nonexistent! Worst dealership I have ever come across. I am now waiting for 3 recalls to get serviced. I made an appointment for the first one and they still don't have the parts after 4 months, even th I am now waiting for 3 recalls to get serviced. I made an appointment for the first one and they still don't have the parts after 4 months, even though they took my car for a day to take care of the recall. Recall 2: Made an appointment, had my car for 1.5 days, I called to check status and they had not even started the work. Apparently, they gave the parts needed to someone else, didn't have more parts, and were just keeping my car. They no longer have access to those parts. Now, I just received a letter for a 3rd recall. I called to ask availability and they just pass me off to service and they don't return calls. Stay away from Hennessey!! I'm hoping another dealer will be worth the drive and actually get work done and do what they say they will do. More
