In March 2026, I purchased a 2022 Velar. Before purchase I was in the office of GSM Lee Thibodeau requesting a multipoint inspection. He reassured everything was perfect providing slides and images of work performed. According to the Carfax report work was performed in Texas however, no record of maintenance in Georgia. Anxious to get a sale he used a high-pressure strategy to prevent a safety check before purchase. I've purchased numerous Range Rovers for over 21 years without problems and was assured by the GSM the Velar was safe. After 35 days of purchase I've had numerous safety problems: front brakes/rotors, tires, transfer case concerns and the front driver headlight. Complaints have been filed with Hennessy BBB and JLR headquarters in NJ, however, the GSM denied replacing the front driver side indicating the vehicle was sold AS-IS. I couldn't understand why the GSM would use the clause AS-IS when everything else was replaced. I will be challenging the AS-IS clause due to the Velar being fraudulently misrepresented by Mary Cromer and the GSM Lee Thibodeau. This vehicle was unsafe to drive at the time of purchase and I'm requesting the front headlight be replaced just as the other concerns were addressed. Buyers Beware! More
I took my 2017 Jaguar FType convertible (soft top) for reprogramming due to the convertible top being inoperable. Service Adviser Danniel told me the cost of reprogramming was $600 which I agreed to. Next reprogramming due to the convertible top being inoperable. Service Adviser Danniel told me the cost of reprogramming was $600 which I agreed to. Next day I got a call from him stating convertible top has a short circuit somewhere in the system so couldn't be reprogrammed until the short is fixed. He quoted $1300 for fixing short and reprogramming which I again obliged. Few days later, again got a call from Danniel that short was somewhere in the rear and would now cost $5000 to fix and reprogram. At this point I rejected since I wasn't sure whoever was working on my car had an actual clue as to what was wrong. I went to pick up my car and got an invoice of $1,055. I asked what that was for and was told for work done on vehicle. I asked why $1,055 since vehicle wasn't repaired and problem not solved. Then walked in, Service Director named Dylan Philips, who requested I come with him to his office with Danniel so we can resolve this. Dylan requested I pay $800 which I still refused while asking exactly what the money was for. Couldn't get any explanation other than "work done on vehicle". I made clear I was willing to pay for diagnostics and nothing more since no repairs or reprogramming was done. Dylan insisted the best he could do was $800 so I stood up to walk away. was at the door when Dylan started a 911 phone call, according to him "I pointed at him while talking", he lied that I was hostile and refused to leave after he asked me to leave. I noticed his attempt at mischief, so I started recording the unfolding situation just in case things got out of hand. The official invoice link texted to me detailing what was wrong at time of drop off and subsequent repairs carried out showed nothing done and has a zero balance. I believe this is an attempt to criminally extort me and also an attempt to intimidate by mischievous 911 call. No customer deserves to be treated this way! More

If you can avoid taking your vehicle for service issues. , please do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else. The one in Buckhead is also owned by the same people but I will give it a try. One thing for sure I am not going back to this place. I will try Buckhead to get the Defender serviced and if they are not any better than these guys. I probably will have to look somewhere else. May be the south Atlanta one or North Atlanta. More
