Chip Whatley is far and away the best car salesman I've ever worked with. From start to finish, he made my car-buying experience relaxing, stress-free and - listen for it - fun! I guarantee you I've never had a fun experience buying a car before I met Chip! Chip is friendly and personable, he listens intently to everything that's said so he knows what's important to his buyer, and he is incredibly knowledgeable. I trusted him completely to help me choose the right car for how I live. Once I decided on my RX 350, Chip went to work to get me the price I wanted to pay. When he came in with the thumbs up (yea!), he breezed through the paperwork and proceeded to explain everything about the vehicle to me, including features, warranty, roadside assistance and maintenance. He even recommended a service rep that he thought would be a "good fit" for me when it's time for my first scheduled maintenance. While Chip was going through everything, he had a team at work on my new SUV installing cross bars, filling it up with fuel and making it sparkle. Then Chip sat in the RX 350 with me and set up my bluetooth, my speed dials, and my audio. He showed me how to use all the cool features on the screen, he helped me adjust my seat and mirrors, and he answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. When I drove off the lot I was ready to go - nothing else needed to be done. Thanks to Chip, I felt totally comfortable...not like I was driving a "new car" off the lot, but like I was driving "MY car" home. Everything at Hennessy is first class. Everyone I've dealt with there is amazing and I've always had a positive experience, whether it's to buy a new vehicle or to have a maintenance check. To me, though, Chip is the face of Hennessy. He is the reason I keep coming back, and he will ALWAYS be the one I go to when I want to buy a new car. I really can't say enough good things about him. More
I used USAA Buying Service to locate dealers who were willing to give special consideration to Military and Retired Military families. USAA directed me to two dealerships, one of which was Hennessy. I received a very prompt email and follow-up call. Chip Whatley quickly sent a list of cars to consider, and after I identified the one I was interested in, gave me a very good price quote. He handled everything via email and telephone so that I only had to make the 144 mile drive to Atlanta one time to get my car. I can't imagine any better, more accommodating service. (And yes, there was a much closer Lexus dealer who was rather unbending in price.) More
Amazing experience. We had a somewhat unusual situation in that we were looking for two similar vehicles to be purchased at the same time; however, one had to be driven by a family member to a different st in that we were looking for two similar vehicles to be purchased at the same time; however, one had to be driven by a family member to a different state, while the second one needed to be picked up in a week. Additionally, we weren't anticipating finding exactly what we wanted on this trip to the dealership, so we were not even able to pay the day of the purchase. All of these problems aside, Chip was able to locate two identical vehicles with the exact specifications we were wanting. One was already at his dealership and another was able to be delivered in the time frame we needed to get it picked up (the next day actually). Additionally, he and the entire dealership were incredibly helpful and accommodating in working with us to purchase the vehicle, even though we were not able to physically pay for the cars that day. After lots of paperwork and background/credit checks, we were able to drive the first vehicle off the lot with no hassle whatsoever. Chip put a lot of faith in us and treated us like valued customers, and as such, we really enjoyed doing business with him and made it our number one priority to get all the necessary paperwork and funds back to the dealership in a timely manner. Additionally, he has followed up with (unobtrusive) e-mails, just checking up on us and making sure we are satisfied with our purchase and that we don't have any additional questions or problems with the vehicles. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be using Hennessy Lexus in the future should we decide to stay with Lexus for our next vehicle. More
I had a few bad experiences at the dealership working with some of the sales managers. However, I guess the third time is a charm. Chip was the third manager assigned to me and he was spot on. If I had not had the challenges that I experienced with the other two sales managers and my experience was only with Chip, I would have been able to give all 5's. More
This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Don Bonura exceeded my expectation and made it effortless. I had bad eperience with another lexus dealership and was almost turned off from Lexus, but I'm glad that after researching online, I read great reviews on this dealership and the go to person is Don Bonura. He's extremely professional, courteous, respects your time and condition(I was very pregnant with 2 toddlers under 3). He's not like other sales people that try to take advantage of you or sell you what you don't need. He and his manager took the trouble to find in the area the interior and exterior color I wanted. They went over and beyond my expectations. We settled on a great price, and my husband and I are happy owners of a lexus 460GX. We hope to return in future to this dealership and buy our next lexus :) More

In spite of being biased toward Acura, we were so impressed with the friendliness, the knowledge, and profession demeanor, we looked hard at the Lexus. They had a 2009 ES 350 that exactly fit our need. They made us a good offer and were very accommodating to add a couple of add-on's that we wanted. So now we own a Lexus. John Kerr More

Absolutely no pressure. Very friendly staff. They do a great job of actually getting to know you as a person rather than treating you just as a customer.
