Brian “Bad Service” Kim would not open door for my wife on a cold day for the test drive, he was in the vehicle first. Bad customer service. I have been using Lexus since my 2017 and every service is an extreme pleasure . My car has rarely required anything major and whenever it’s required that I have any services done I trust the knowledge of is an extreme pleasure . He is hones and accommodating and always gives me a thorough explanation of what is required & preventative. I have made the error twice of using two other dealerships for an oil change in a pinch but quickly learned that the service a Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett is unmatched an incomparable. I would love to have a new car but they keep mine in such excellent shape. I do not recommend doing business with Hennessy Lexus. We leased our RX-350 from them. Decided to sell the vehicle back. They were impossible to get in touch with. She drove from Canton to Duluth to sell the vehicle, they did not have the check ready. They were not prepared to do business. I drove from work in the traffic and the rain, just simply looking for an explanation as to why they weren’t prepared, and I also wanted to review the paperwork. If everything looked good we were gonna sell it to them, only for Vince to say he doesn’t want to purchase the vehicle because he doesn’t want an unhappy customer. Well they got one. We will never do business with Hennessy again and I will be sure to let Lexus corporate know about this unprofessional and terrible experience. This company is a complete joke and wasted hours of our time. We are a Lexus family too. Really a shame. More
