Unfortunately, I needed to trade my 1-year old 350h in as the redesign of the hood in 2023 made it challenging for me to drive. I can safely say, it's likely never a financially optimum thing to trade in a brand new car! However, Mike understood and showed me the cars that had the right hood height and told me which models would work. I drove off with a beautiful car and am very thankful to have had Mike to trust my challenge with. More
