I went through Tom Kim in handling the financing of the truck. It turns out Tom Kim knew exactly where my little city was because of mutual family friends. Nice sense of humor Tom has too. Being a out state sale it is a little more time consuming but well worth it. Yoon has kept everything running smooth and found a hauler to bring the truck to me. EXCEPTIONAL! I recently got into a car accident, so I was looking for a car FAST. I looked through about 5-6 different Lexus inventories online and found the exact one I wanted at Hennessy Gwinnett! Yoon reached out to me via email and text and she was so great! Unlike any other sales person that reached out to me, she wasn't pushy or desperate for me to go to the dealership she works at. After talking to her, I went the next day to go look at and test drive the car, unfortunately, the car I saw online lacked the safety features I was really looking for. Yoon did her best to find me the next best option within my price range and she PROVIDED! I would say that I was a little bit hard to work with because I kept changing my mind and asking her a lot of questions, but she didn't show a hint of annoyance. Easy one-stop purchase for me. My new car shopping goals were simple: New safety features, trunk large enough to hold my road bike (wheels off), and stay with Lexus. Having driven about 400,000 miles with my 2001 and 2006 LS430s without any major problems , the decision to stay with Lexus was a no brainer. The LS500 was the only Lexus sedan with large enough trunk for my bicycle, so that was my choice prior to meeting Yoon via the Hennessy Lexus web page. Living about 70 miles away, I worked with Yoon via email, texting and phone to finalize my selection. Yoon presented excellent pricing for my LS500, so my decision was made. I planned to pay cash for the car, but while at Hennessy I was unable to quickly thaw my credit. So Yoon drove me to my bank where they resolved my problem. Throughout my visit to Hennessy I enjoyed working with Yoon and her associates. A great experience! More
