We had a great sales rep there..who understood his customers...and we where hoping for a similar experience in Ga...A local Lexus dealer being the closest to our home (Alpharetta) was the first choice...We explained to the sales rep.. please give us your "BEST PRICE" (we did our research before hand and knew what fair price would be) because we would be going to other local dealers for the best price...well I guess since they knew we were new GA residents...they would play the "Price Game"...start out high and hope we would grab at a lower price that they offered...a game I DON'T LIKE TO PLAY!...I gave our price which I knew was fair..which they would not accept...so we contacted our next dealer Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett, given Frank as our contact Rep..I gave the same request over the phone..."BEST PRICE"..Frank took our request for the lease...and just like that...did the calculations...and BEAT THE FAIR PRICE I had in mind...Finally a man who understands the customer!.. I never saw the vehicle, dealership or met the man...but I made the deal...over the phone...sight unseen!..We did all the prep work by phone also and we met him the next day to pick up our new vehicle...WOW...WHAT SERVICE...It"s like you had a friend in the business!...NO HASSLES...JUST FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Buying used car made easy I was in need of a used car. I knew what I want, and searched online inventory of 4 Lexus dealers. I chose Hennessy Lexus because they had the car I I was in need of a used car. I knew what I want, and searched online inventory of 4 Lexus dealers. I chose Hennessy Lexus because they had the car I want with very reasonable price and close to my work/home. I requested info from the website. Within an hour, Frank Mullin responded via email. We had several quick phone conversations, and I later see the car with my wife. We test drove the car. Frank showed us the price comparison with other dealers, the service history of the vehicle. We could have made harder bargain and save a little more money, but I rather have quick and pleasant experience and post sale support. Frank gave me free new floor mats, and asked us to bring the vehicle back after the weekend to update the NAV and to make sure the vehicle is problem free. I got a free loaner while the vehicle is in service. Overall it is a great experience and highly recommend Frank Mullin. More
