Buying used car made easy I was in need of a used car. I knew what I want, and searched online inventory of 4 Lexus dealers. I chose Hennessy Lexus because they had the car I I was in need of a used car. I knew what I want, and searched online inventory of 4 Lexus dealers. I chose Hennessy Lexus because they had the car I want with very reasonable price and close to my work/home. I requested info from the website. Within an hour, Frank Mullin responded via email. We had several quick phone conversations, and I later see the car with my wife. We test drove the car. Frank showed us the price comparison with other dealers, the service history of the vehicle. We could have made harder bargain and save a little more money, but I rather have quick and pleasant experience and post sale support. Frank gave me free new floor mats, and asked us to bring the vehicle back after the weekend to update the NAV and to make sure the vehicle is problem free. I got a free loaner while the vehicle is in service. Overall it is a great experience and highly recommend Frank Mullin. More
