They are always prompt and courteous, friendly and professional, and they go way out of their way to make sure I am satisfied. They ask about my family, naming each of my five children by name, and congratulate me on my children's various achievements. They always have fresh coffee and ice cold juice for their customers, and they even make sure that my favorite snacks are stocked when I come in for service. Their service is always done right the first time with no problems, and the car is always squeaky clean inside and out when I pick it up. But I would expect that from a luxury car dealership. It is the PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS that set Hennessy Lexus apart from other dealerships. The people there are my friends, and I look forward to seeing them. It is a joy for me to go there and visit, and of course I like to wander into the showroom while my service is being done to look around and pick out our next family Lexus! When I go to Hennessy Lexus, I feel like I've stopped by a friend's house for a visit.
