As part of the part BMW Genius program, Chris took the time and made the effort to clearly explain to me all of the many features and functions of my new BMW 4 series. Chris went over everything in a very detailed manner and answered all of my questions. As a result, I learned things about the car that I would never have learned on my own. I just got a new iPhone (upgraded from a flip phone), s I met with Chris LaLicata to go over the ins/outs of the navigation system in my new 2016 x1. I just got a new iPhone (upgraded from a flip phone), so I'm quite new to the technology. Chris was great at instruction; answering all my questions and showing the various settings capabilities, etc. I felt like I learned a lot from him. And, my time and his time was well spent. BMW is lucky to have this very capable man as an internet whiz. More

Always a Positive, No Pressure Experience! My husband and I have just leased our eight BMW from Herb Chambers BMW of Boston. We have always gotten a great deal, and are treated like family. We live at least an hour away from Boston, and have tried to lease with other dealerships that are closer to home, but they never have the inventory and the deals and sales experiences are never as good as Herb Chambers. General Manager Melissa Steffy and client adviser Kevin Bugbee have always made us feel welcome and appreciated. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable about every series and model of BMW, and is a "no pressure " type of guy. He has a great attitude and has even delivered all of the new vehicles to our home. When the next lease is up, we will be back! Thank You Melissa and Kevin!! More
Chris LaLicata is phenomenal and so knowledgeable!!! Chris is not only a BMW Genius (he truly is a genius!) but he is also one of the nicest people ever. I was a nervous wreck after taking possession of Chris is not only a BMW Genius (he truly is a genius!) but he is also one of the nicest people ever. I was a nervous wreck after taking possession of my new BMW 535xi because I hadn't had a new car in 15 years and technology has definitely changed and I was convinced I would never be able to master doing anything. I had a few visits with Chris and from the onset, he put me at ease, taught me what I needed to know, and added more things in as I got more confident, which amazingly I did. I knew it would be all right when he told me his mother had been the same way as me and he had taught her, so he knew he could teach me. He has been so patient with me and I have to say has made all the difference in making me feel I know how to work and operate most of the things in the car now and I can actually navigate and do all this really cool stuff I can show off to my kids. He also takes the initiative to research anything that comes up that he doesn't know and gets back to me quickly on everything. What an asset he is for BMW! I couldn't have done it without him and he has made using and enjoying my new car an experience I never could have imagined. Thanks Chris!!!!! More

Leak in our BMW X3: "happens all the time" We took in our BMW 2016 X3, bought June 2015, because water was leaking from the headlights and speakers on the roof. Given how new the car was and g We took in our BMW 2016 X3, bought June 2015, because water was leaking from the headlights and speakers on the roof. Given how new the car was and given it's a BMW, I was very surprised and disappointed when this happened. When I went to pick it up and expressed my concern to our service advisor, he mentioned this "happens all the time." When I asked him to confirm, he repeated "happens all the time," which definitely is not what I expect from BMW service and from BMW cars. I hope that this is not true as we would prefer our roof not leak again the next time it rains. He then mentioned my car will be coming outside and to step outside, which i found was quite rude. I believe a simple apology and rationale, and perhaps some reassurance would've suffice. The car took at least 15 minutes+ to come over from the time i had asked, which I thought was too long, but the person who brought the car was very polite and professional. I would not recommend Nick for any service consultation or services. More
