I contacted them via internet sales through Lindsey Taylor. Joseph took his time to explain the different features of the BMW car. He worked with his manager to work out the finance for the car. They worked extended hours to accommodate me and complete the deal. I also got a good fair trade on my old vehicle. Justin Shin worked on the finance and gave me a good APR. Joseph P. even delivered the car so that I could avoid another trip to the dealership in the middle on the snowy winter. All the staff I met were very friendly. New to BMW and already feel like family! I just acquired a BMW in FL and brought it in for a check at BMW Boston. At first, I was told that adding a new number plate wasn't an issue. After co I just acquired a BMW in FL and brought it in for a check at BMW Boston. At first, I was told that adding a new number plate wasn't an issue. After coming in, I was told it will be a $100 charge. Kevin was extremely understanding and helpful and honored what I was told and himself installed the number plate for me. Thank you Kevin! More

Personal matters due to matter to dealership My fiancé and I came to Herb Chambers BMW of Boston to lease a 528xl and worked with Kevin Bugbee. Somehow the deal switched to a 428, and although th My fiancé and I came to Herb Chambers BMW of Boston to lease a 528xl and worked with Kevin Bugbee. Somehow the deal switched to a 428, and although the car Kevin found us didn't have all the equipment we wanted in it we were excited when we put a deposit on the car. Unfortunately I had a family emergency and we both decided it was best to put the new car on hold and get the deposit back.... Kevin specifically my fiancé the deposit could be returned at any point, no questions asked. When I called Kevin was very rude about getting the deposit back. He asked me and my fiancé very inappropriate questions (including if it had to do with a back up camera), he lied and said it would be done right away when it was done 2 days later, and untimately hung up on me while I was in mid sentence. It was bad enough that I had a parent in the hospital.... I did not need added stress from a sales associate. A few days later Kevin called my fiancé again. Not to check on us, not to apologize..... To let him know that he sold the car to someone else. Wow! Well a week later I am back in Mass after a 4 day trip to be with my dad and we already signed papers at South Shore Bmw. Not only were we treated with respect, we got a 528xl for less than the 428 they were selling us here.... And it has a back up camera. More

As a first-time BMW owner (2 weeks) and still very unfamiliar with the vehicle, I misdiagnosed a problem and wound up in a bad spot. Kevin in Sales, Chris in Service and Mike, one of the dealership's awesome drivers, extended themselves, at the expense of their time, effort, and pocketbooks, to try to rectify the situation. When they discovered that the car was in completely perfect working order and it was simply my naivete (and a particularly bad week of many distractions) that caused me to assume a performance problem, they could not have been more gentlemanly about it.
