I bought a brand new 2024 m240i from this guy a few years ago. Besides him selling me a new car with 25 miles on it, the factory warranty was active 6 months prior to me buying it. Besides that, he also damaged my car when putting on the rear license plate, that no one asked him to do but he did this to cover up damage that I didn’t see yet. There are 2 other area of damage that are hidden under the rear plate. This guy is on another level of deception. I highly recommend staying away from this salesman. He is rude and dishonest. Complains about how little he makes off a sale. I’ve never experienced that level of unprofessionalism in my life. I understand people make mistakes, but this has been going on for years and I’m still finding out that this was done maliciously, no one has apologized or made any effort to fix the issue. I was told today that there is a process for this when buying a new car and it was completely ignored by all parties involved in the sale. I’ve spoken to everyone including the GM but I still only have “their word” that if anything happens, they will take care of it.. Am I being difficult feeling that isn’t concrete? What if I’m in a different state on a Friday and the GM of this store has the day off? Why do I have to be on someone else’s time when I paid 60k+ for a new car? David Torres in finance also played a part in hiding this information from me when I was doing the paperwork with him. He also didn’t think it was an issue. Both of these individuals are shady and I highly regret doing any business at this dealership with these 2. I can’t wait to sell this car and be down with BmW as a whole. This dealership has tainted me from ever wanting to buy another bmw. More
