We accepted, and she set up an appointment with Hadi Eslami. It's been a remarkably excellent experience from then on. He's answered all of our questions expertly, and been very friendly and personable. He helped set up appointments at other dealerships that we were comparing BMW with; took us on multiple test drives; and made sure we knew all the working details of the car we were interested in. After not wanting to return to this dealership, we are now purchasing a car from them! Hadi's been very careful to make sure we got the exact car that we wanted, and he's been good about communicating throughout the process so far. Melissa also followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied. If we'd only worked with Hadi first, this review would be all 5s. I recently turned in a car coming off lease and leased another vehicle from Kevin. The process couldnt' have been more pleasant. I was in the market for getting into a new 3 series BMW as my current lease expired at the end of August. Working with Kevin Bugbee at Herb Chambers made this extremely easy. I have dealt with other dealerships in the area and none came close to the level of service and quite honestly, class presented by Kevin. He'll go out of his way to make sure you get exactly what you're looking for, is quick to respond, and regardless of how crazy your requests may be, he'll always be right back to you with what you want (assuming it is possible). It's incredible. He helped me with my custom order on the new 335 coupe, and presented me with a deal I could not refuse. On top of this, even after the deal is done, he is still willing to go out of his way for me. For example in my previous lease I lost the rear tow hook. He had one painted and sent directly to my house and I just popped it in. On my new lease, on the same day I went to pick it up, I asked about getting the black kidney grills and he was all over it as if it was just important as the lease itself. These are just two examples that I remembered off the top of my head, but I know there were many more. I feel confident that should similar situations arise, he would be right there. I feel lucky to have to have him as my sales associate, and would recommend him to anyone in the market for a new BMW. He is also a real nice guy. Thanks again Kevin!! More

I stopped in one day just to look at the certified pre-owned 3-Series to gauge their prices versus other BMW dealerships. I was approached by a sales person, Ari Jen., who proceeded to ask all the rig pre-owned 3-Series to gauge their prices versus other BMW dealerships. I was approached by a sales person, Ari Jen., who proceeded to ask all the right questions right off the back. Ari covered the different options available such as: new, CPO, and lease. He stopped numerous times to ensure I understand all of the options he presented. This is where Ari went above and beyond. He showed me multiple vehicles within the 3-Series to ensure I chose the right vehicle. Each time he described the features in which the vehicle was packaged with. Never once did Ari make me feel like I was an inconvenience because I kept looking at different models. From the beginning of the sale to the end, Ari continued to ask if I was happy with the choice I made because he wanted to make sure I received the vehicle I wanted. For future sales and/or recommendations, I will definitely have that person, or myself, return to Herb Chambers BMW and ask for Ari. I recommend you do as well. More

The stories everyone heard about uncomfortable feeling during car shopping are totally not applicable in this case: Ari was patient, very friendly, extremely helpful, and he went out of his way to help me and my wife decide what we needed and wanted. I test drove with Ari several cars and, while doing that, learned a lot about what features each of them had to offer. I visited other dealerships before, dealt with different sales people and this one by far exceeded my expectations and was better than all my previous experiences. I felt that Ari's major concern was not to make a sale, but rather to make sure that I had all the info I needed to make a well-informed decision. By doing that, he blew the competition away. What can I say? We bought our X3 from Herb Chambers BMW, Boston, and we are very satisfied. Keep up the good work! Would definitely recommend it to friends/family. More
