I had leased two BMWs before buying this one. I called Kevin, described what I wanted, and he did the rest. I showed up at Herb Chambers and he had a list of cars that matched my reuirements. I am writing this email to give Kevin Bugbee an excellent review. I have bought many, many cars from Kevin, as has my husband. While his attention to detail, and accomodation of my ridiculous work hours ( review. I have bought many, many cars from Kevin, as has my husband. While his attention to detail, and accomodation of my ridiculous work hours ( I am a very busy pediatrician) have always been wonderful, this last episode was over the top. Due to my lack of availability, Kevin brought my new car to me on Cape Cod, where I have a vacation home. He sat with me and reviewed everything about the car. I was referred to Kevin Bugby by a friend and couldn't be happier with the level of customer service he provided. I leased a 2011 BMW 328 xDrive coupe and he personally delivered it to my residence. Kevin has gone out of his way to make himself available to personally bring my car in when it requires service and checks in from time to time to see how I am enjoying the car and if there have been any issues.
