I recently was in a minor car accident on a Saturday. I had many things to do, as I was making a birthday party for my wife that night. She saw my distress, gave me a hug and had them give me a loaner, and I was on my way in 10 minutes. She has always been there for me. This is my 3rd BMW with Herb Chambers and will never go anywhere else. More

I recently experienced a flat tire on my way from Boston to NY on a Saturday.. My 2009 650i has run flats. I had 100 mile to go to get to NY and then a 250 mile return trip. BMW Assist was of NO Assistan to NY on a Saturday.. My 2009 650i has run flats. I had 100 mile to go to get to NY and then a 250 mile return trip. BMW Assist was of NO Assistance! I called Mellisa Steffi and she sent a mechanic, with tire & rim, to my location in NY on Sunday morning. This allowed to attend the Memorial Service I traveled to NY for and return to Boston, Sunday evening, and make a business trip Monday morning. AS I have said, I truly value this type of Customer Service and "You Have My Business for Life"!! Thank you again, Harry J. Moraitis. More
