I would never go back there for my car service. After they service my BMW, the functions which were working before the service did not work. I went back to complain. They said that you can bring back t they service my BMW, the functions which were working before the service did not work. I went back to complain. They said that you can bring back the car for service, and it will cost you. This seems like the way they do business. They break something, they ask people to bring back the car, so they get more business. More
First of all I live in Connecticut and leased my last four BMW's from BMW of Boston. Why? Experience! The first time I did business with them was the deal - they offered a great deal on a lease for a four BMW's from BMW of Boston. Why? Experience! The first time I did business with them was the deal - they offered a great deal on a lease for a 3-series that I wanted. My local dealer (about 5 miles away) couldn't even come close. Not sure why but they couldn't. BMW of Boston was so much better. That's when I experienced Kevin Bugbee who sold me the car. Kevin is top shelf and really knows how to make the customer experience a great one. He is very knowledgable about the cars, understand the customers requirements and makes the whole purchase/lease process happen easily. The next 3 cars for myself and my wife were all bought through Kevin. At the end of the day you get the you want but you can get the same car at any dealership. You go back to the dealer again and again because of the experience and how you are treated as a customer. I am very happy with my experiences at BMW of Boston. If you go there, ask for Kevin. More
Great overall experience. Dealer had smart pricing, so their best price was already on the vehicle. Saved over $2k by just waiting and letting the car sit there for a while. Their best price is very comparable if not superior for the same car at a different dealer. Easy transaction with a $400 coupon from web. That's it all done and picked up in 2 days. X5 runs great and all minor flaws (paint scratch, missing trunk light) was replaced without question. Sales guy was very easy to work with and very attentive. No high pressure sales tactics like other lower end, high volume dealers. Highly recommended and will be a future customer again!!! More

So awful I don't even know where to start. I was ignored for 25 minutes while repeated asking an employee for some service ("I'll get someone right away" he kept telling me). Out of this world pricing (bring your own Vasaline because they will definitely charge you for using theirs). Took forever to fix a minor problem with my car. Less than 2 weeks later the "check engine" light came back on after a $1300 bill. Complete dirtbags!!!!! Avoid this place! Try Foreign West instead. More

I had a great 2 yr. lease experience with Herb Chambers, and even wrote to Herb re: my experience with his salesman Ahmed Jabrane. Unfortunately my whole experience was soured when it came time to turn in m and even wrote to Herb re: my experience with his salesman Ahmed Jabrane. Unfortunately my whole experience was soured when it came time to turn in my lease car. I had bought a car from a friend, and would not be renewing a lease with Herb Chambers. Because of this; I was assessed all sorts of damage charges for scratches totaling over $3000.00. During my lease term I babied that car, and thus this was a great insult to me personally.. not to mention my pocket book! The return mgr. Kevin Bugbee said my outraged reaction was typical, and in fact there had been several occasions when he had to call the police on customers upon returning their lease vehicles. Having to call the police on customers!!? In addition they had some sort of scam worked out with a local body shop. I was told that if I took the car there; they'd do any work for $100.00 under the Herb Chambers estimate. I wrote to BMW about this, and they apologized profusely and refunded me the difference. I'll buy another BMW, but never again from Herb Chambers. More
