My car went in for a recall repair. The first part of the experience was talking with phone support to schedule the service. Unfortunately, I don't recall the name of the woman who helped me, but she was very professional and friendly and handled the scheduling flawlessly. She offered me the option of having a valet pick up and return my car at my home, which I hadn't known about. It was *extremely* convenient. The actual service experience was also very good. The service department noticed a few things awry with the car, provided a video of the technician pointing them out as he assessed the car, and provided a quote for doing the work. Finally, the car was returned promptly, and also freshly washed. Overall, a good experience. More
