I went to order a BMW X3 plug in hybrid., The dealer kept getting the build wrong and then they ordered a car in my name that was incorrect. The let me know they did this via e-mail. I called them for four days and they never called me back. I was panicked, I called a lawyer as asked about my rights,. They finally called back and said they made a mistake. Then they said a sales person was going to call me to work with me to get the build right. They again did not call me for four days. Not good service. Lastly, the car prices kept going up for no reason. I would not suggest this deanship, More

We met John DiBitetto in the showroom and he was great. We had a little small talk while they pulled up a car for us to test. He sent us on our merry way and when we came back we had a little more conversation. After we left he sent us an email of thanks offering his expertise if we needed it. He was great, gave us information about the car, and the options we could get but he was conversational about it NOT pushy sales. Needless to say, we bought a car that week.
