I live 5 minutes away from a dealership in my city, but I was referred by a few people, so I took the 45 minute drive and it was worth it. Jack Yan was my advisor. He was kind, friendly, patient and so down-to-earth. If you are searching for a BMW, he is your go-to! Vadim Khazhinsky, the Financial Services Manager, has a great sense of humor and made his part of the transaction smooth and as painless as possible. - Gave dirty interiors for the delivery - new scratches on the car which were not present during the test drive. Upon requesting resolution was offered a check to get it fixed. - not great at delivering on the car which were not present during the test drive.
