Very Friendly and Efficient Despite the myth that you see an advertisement on a particular car, walked into the dealership to buy "that car" and the car does not exist....WELL, I Despite the myth that you see an advertisement on a particular car, walked into the dealership to buy "that car" and the car does not exist....WELL, I had the opposite experience. The Car was there and without much fuss I left shortly owning it! I am a seasoned BMW owner and have visited many dealerships except this one! I was very surprised how well I and my husband was received right from the beginning. I was assigned to a young sales manager, Salyna, and she was very personable and looked in charge. She walked me to a desk where a salesperson was sitting, Peter Vargo, He was cortical and came across very professional. I told him I saw an internet Ad sent to me via the dealership and I am here to turn in my vehicle as my lease was almost due and possibly pick up the one on the Ad. He introduced himself and kindly asked me and my husband to sit at his desk. He passiontly listened to me and after I was done he asked for my license eventhough I mentioned I wasn't interested in test drive but I liked his elegant demeanor so I gave it to him. Next thing I saw Salyna coming back with the keys to the car now parked right in the front. We took a walk , saw the car and test drove. When the time came to draw up the numbers peter consulted with his manager and presented it to my husband and I which was similar to what was advertised. It was truly a pleasure to work with both Salyna and Peter as things went so easy and if there was a discrepancy Salyna was there making sure the process goes smoothly and clearing it up in a speedy manner. The best part of the process for me as a really seasoned BMW buyer was everything from the car, the price and the experience was seemless! A Great Experience Overall and the place feels more like a family. In this place I felt I was working with the whole dealership as supposed to the previous experiences where I felt everbody is for themselves.Although there is a BMW dealership closer to me than Sudbury I will be doing my service with Sudbury going forward! More

Consistently Great Experiences I just bought my second car from BMW Sudbury in the last 6 years and last year helped my son buy his very first car here as well. I have tried other BMW dealers in the area but I always come back to Sudbury. They are honest and straight forward and I have consistently been able to get a very fair deal on trade ins and a very aggressive price on the new cars, and they have never been cars that they really have to deal on either (orders, M5, etc.). Instead of having an endless back and forth of offers, they are willing to fairly quickly cut to the bottom line and talk about their and my best and final. I have never left without a deal. Unlike two other dealers in the area which have all let me walk and then spent the next several days following up with me on why I haven’t changed my mind yet. Instead of offering a better deal, these other dealers try and push a lower equipped car for the price I wanted to pay. Do yourself a favor and check out BMW Sudbury. My recent CA was John Trifilo, I highly recommend him. My son and I also use BMW Sudbury for service and they have done a great job after the sale as well. More
