Had my car towed to BMW of Sudbury because it wouldn't go in drive. BMW didn't bother to call me because they hadn't realized that the car had arrived and hadn't looked at it. Told me they might get to it 4 in drive. BMW didn't bother to call me because they hadn't realized that the car had arrived and hadn't looked at it. Told me they might get to it 4 days later. They did look at the next day though and quoted over $1000 for what should be a warranty issue. I approved the work, but next Wednesday they still hadn't started on it. No loaner cars, and they stopped answering their phones. I think this is by far the worst dealer experience we've had across Lexus, BMW, Honda and Toyota. More
Mr. Jack O'Donovan is an amazing representative. He is professional and has deep knowledge about all models and features of vehicles and gives decent advice in shoes of customers. More importantly, he was super responsive no matter to text messages, phone calls, or emails, and gave first time updates about stocks and orders. Not a great experience! I dropped my car off at 9am and was told my car would be ready at 3pm, I called at 2:30 to check on the status and was told my car hadn't even been b I dropped my car off at 9am and was told my car would be ready at 3pm, I called at 2:30 to check on the status and was told my car hadn't even been brought into the service bay. I then had to go back to the dealer to get my kid's car seat and I asked why my Service Advisor didn't tell me and he said he was just about to call me which seemed like a lie. My car was ready a few hours later so I picked it up the next morning. My Service Advisor didn't even come out of his office to apologize for any inconvenience. I then got a call yesterday at 4pm letting me know my car was ready to be picked up which I had picked up hours earlier. All and all not a great experience at all, I might need to find another BMW dealer to get my car serviced which is too bad because Herb Chambers Sudbury is by far the closest. More

From the beginning of the process, my first contact with my sales rep was very pleasant. Not an issue with the dealership, but the process from ordering the vehicle to its receipt was very long and informa my sales rep was very pleasant. In the end, the wait was worth it. Unfortunately my initial contact with the dealership left half way through the process. His replacement had big shoes to fill and did a very good job. I would recommend BMW of Sudbury to anyone that asks me. More
