The staff was very courteous and I was surprised that someone whom I had briefly spoken to about an hour previous remembered my last name. There was a problem with getting a missing part for the car, a 2022 X3, that I had wanted to purchase initially, but it was solved satisfactorily abut three weeks later, with the part still not received, when I decided to purchase a 2023 model of the X3. Mr. Dowridge was very helpful. But I was exceedingly surprised that BMW could not deliver the simple part in a timely manner. Maybe they can learn something from Amazon!! More
