Alisha was very good at communicating the status of my vehicle which was in for a recall issue. The service was a bit delayed and she always kept me up to date with the expected time to pick up my car. Sh vehicle which was in for a recall issue. She was very professional and pleasant to work with and it was very easy to communicate via text with prompt responses. Very pleasant experience dealing with all staff. I had to bring my car in for a warranty issue and I was given a brand new loaner car for the week, with absolutely no hassle.
