Went in to service my car. I was loyal to Herb Chambers Sudbury because I have brought 2 BMW’s to date from this dealership. I inquired about trading in my current car to upgra I was loyal to Herb Chambers Sudbury because I have brought 2 BMW’s to date from this dealership. I inquired about trading in my current car to upgrade. The sales person never called me and then when I called he was too busy to help me. The sales department has really gone downhill with their service and salesmanship. My visit was very disappointing and I will not be doing business with this dealership again. I traveled to Sudbury even though I live in Shrewsbury, Ma and I have a BMW dealership 5 minutes from my house. The salesman non-response is concerning and disappointing because I really wanted to give this dealership my business. The service department remains professional and Stephanie & Jeremy were great.
