I had to wait for 37 min even with an appointment to drop off my car and talk to some one. Same during pick up. Had to call multiple times and wait for another 30 min. Disappointed and frustrated. Waited 2 hours for an oil change. They tried to “upsell” me on the need for the tires to be rotated and aligned at 9,000 miles! 😩 Declined. Once completed, I had to drive the car o They tried to “upsell” me on the need for the tires to be rotated and aligned at 9,000 miles! 😩 Declined. Once completed, I had to drive the car out of the service garage instead of them driving the car out front for me. In the future, I will go back to the BMW in Newport, RI. They understand service and even bring a loaner up to our condo in Bristol, RI and return the car when finished. I don’t plan to come back to Sudbury BMW. It was a disappointing experience. More
Awful customer service experience. Car was in for repair work under warranty, took 2 weeks to complete. The complete lack of communication was the biggest issue, had to constantly call to find out any updates. Would leave messages for a call back but never get one. Finally went to pick the car up this morning after calling to confirm it was ready and when I got there was informed it actually wasn’t ready and would be another 4 to 5 hours. Not one apology from anyone, service advisor didn’t even close out the service with me. The buying experience at this dealership wasn’t much better. Avoid if possible! More
