Technicians & service dept is very qualified and is the strong part of the dealership. The sales department is too young and is not well qualified! The business dept is the absolutely the weakest of all de strong part of the dealership. The sales department is too young and is not well qualified! The business dept is the absolutely the weakest of all departments. And the procedures they follow are disjointed and hard to follow. The business manager works off his computer screen while the buyer is in the dark about what is next!? My conclusion is there’s a lack of leadership in this dealership. More
The team at Bmw Sudbury is totally professional and take the time to review the scheduled maintenance as well as proactively identify potential issues that are better dealt with up front. Service experience lacked attention to customer experience and attitude was not helpful.
