I was most impressed by Sue Burek after she reached out to me in response to an online query about Cadillac Escalade ESV's in my area. She also convinced me that Herb Chambers would not be beat when it came to price or service. Eventually she referred me to a young salesperson, Adam Tillinghast, who is very helpful, has a good attitude and is also not pushy. He has been willing to go the extra mile to make things right and continues to be a friend rather than just a salesperson despite being a stranger initially. Not everything has been perfect, though. Some items that were supposed to come with the vehicle were not passed on until I discovered the issue by reading the manual. Some requested phone calls have not come. The dealership does not yet know the Livery business and the specifics of Livery warranties and therefore I was on my own as I tried to make all the right choices. All-in-all a good experience. More
