Ian, words cannot express how upset and disappointed with how I have been treated two times in a row. The car I bought was severely doctored up which cost me over $4000 to fix, which you turned your back on me about and then nearly two months to get a check back on the cancelled warranty only to find out it was never even processed, after multiple calls and emails and voicemails, until i had to write bad reviews, call Herb Chambers himself, and via pressure got your guys to act. Should not be this hard and believe me I don't have time for this but I call them as I see them and this was not a good experience on many levels!

Well thats funny Ian since you and I spoke DIRECTLY and you told me "too bad, not my problem". Nice!! Put your money where your mouth is and walk the walk.....you totally screwed me on this vehicle and then said its not your problem. Paint peeling the minute it got hot out. Bought in Nov, a mess by June and you point blank took not only zero responsibility for a $100K car, you didnt even offer help perhaps through your own body shop. Not impressed at all and I will tell everyone to steer clear of Herb Chambers with that policy!!!
