I have owned over 80 cars,5 trucks, and 11 motorcycles. I have seen the worst Service Managers, and I have seen very good Service Managers. Michael Anagnos is the best at what he does, hands down. Not many c have seen the worst Service Managers, and I have seen very good Service Managers. Michael Anagnos is the best at what he does, hands down. Not many customers understand, nor do they care about, the demands of a job like the Service Managers job. I understand and Mike is the reason I keep coming back to Herb Chambers Cadillac of lynnfield for my vehicle purchases and my service needs. More

The Service could not be worse My experience with the Service Dept. is not a good one. Multiple trips to fix the same issue. Then I was told my rear brake pads were going to be repl My experience with the Service Dept. is not a good one. Multiple trips to fix the same issue. Then I was told my rear brake pads were going to be replaced. They kept the car a lengthy amount of time. I was told by both the valet that delivered it (with no invoice) and the Service Manager Mike A. that they were replaced. A second valet called him while in my residence to confirm. Only to find out later that the work was not done as stated. Blatant lie. I would never trust my car to be worked on there again if this is how they do business. More

I worked with Ted primarily he made the process completely painless answering any questions and most of all was honest/upfront with me about everything. Ryan in the finance office explained everything clearly and I was in and out rather quickly. Wouldn't expect anything less from a Herb Chambers owned dealership.
