So I blew a tire this afternoon so I decided to call Herb Chambers Cadillac of lynnfield which was the biggest mistake I've made. My Cadillac dealership is colonial Cadillac in Woburn. Herb Chambers is closer so I figured with the run flat I should just go there so before I went I called to make sure they have my pirelli p zero run flats and they did they quoted me about $320 for one tire. So I came up when I was on the phone I told them I'm in a rush I was on the road when this happened they said to me " it's just a tire it's not going to take long at all" after I got here and I gave them the vehicle the " not long at all " turns into an hour and a half. So they basically lied to me to get my business. I'm seriously debating walking out as we speak. This is the same dealership that completely disrespected me 3 years ago when I was in the market for my 2016 CTS. I drove the extra 15-20 miles to Woburn and colonial treated me right. That is why I bought my Cadillac CTS from Colonial Cadillac of Woburn. Have a blessed day More
Worked with Mike Anagnos who was very happy to approve my warranty repairs that included some discretionary cosmetic issues. I did have to bring the car back to have an improperly fitted interior panel gap warranty repairs that included some discretionary cosmetic issues. I would steer clear as the GM there does not stand by what they sell. Bought a used G550 with no accidents/body work. Turned out the entire front end was repainted and bondo'd. I asked the GM for help and whether or not they would stand by the car, the answer was an immediate no and they told me to buzz off. Not at all customer oriented and I would never buy from these guys ever again. Horrible sales experience too at the time as it took them over one month to get the paperwork done. Comical. Buyer beware!! More

My wife and I found a 2011 HHR on Thursday on line and contacted the dealership about the availability. They responded quickly and we exchanged a few emails, with me asking questions about the condition contacted the dealership about the availability. We set up an appointment for Saturday morning and arrived at our appointment time. That is when we met Idekmy Vasquez, our Sales Consultant. Idelmy was pleasant and personable throughout the entire process. The car was better than the pictures shown or the description on line. After our test drive we sat down with Idelmy and proceeded to to talk about the vehicle. Throughout the process he was always forthcoming and honest with his answers. We also met the Sales Manager Miki, who was pleasant as well. We ended up buying the car and could' be happier with the process and the sales Consultant. We drove over an hour from home to Lynnfield, and would do it again for this type of service. On top of that, they are checking the vehicle over, fixing one small issue and "delivering" our vehicle to us in a couple of days. Take it from a former Sales Consultant, this dealership was great and the atmosphere was very customer friendly. Look forward to getting my car this week. More
