From the minute I got out of my car in the parking lot at the dealership until the time I drove away in my new truck, the service was fantastic! Everyone there was friendly and helpful. On the day that I went to look at cars it was pouring out. The dealership went the extra mile and pulled the vehicles I was interested in looking at into the service bay because it was so bad outside. I got to look at the vehicles inside and out of the rain. I decided I did not want either of those vehicles after test driving them and they tracked down another vehicle that was more suitable to my needs. This was a quick thing. I went to sign papers and pick up the car and everything was taken care of like clock work. Everything went smoothly without a glitch. I would highly recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends. I plan on going back again. The vehicle I bought will be driven by my kids so when my lease is up on the truck that I drive, I plan on going back for another truck for me. I can't say enough about Ismael, Jim and Joey. Buying a new car is usually a chore and something I DO NOT like to do. However, the experience that my husband and I had on Presidents Day weekend was very good! We didn't feel rushed or pressured with any aspect of the sale and I felt that they really listened to what my husband was looking for in a Jeep. Herb Chambers was actually the second dealership we had stopped into that weekend. The first dealership seemed to have no interest in what we were looking for and didn't even seem interested in talking to us, so we left and went to Herb Chambers. I'm so glad we did because Mark spent alot of time with us discussing what we wanted and Joe explained all the financing. They covered everything so efficiently that we really didn't have many questions. We would recommend this dealership to anyone and we'll be back when we're looking for our next car. More
