My husband and I went to Herb Chambers Jeep to purchase (2) 2011 Jeep Compasses. We decided to go to Herb Chambers because we never had much luck with Quirk Dealerships which is all that is in our area. (2) 2011 Jeep Compasses. We corresponded with the salesperson several times during the course of the day Monday and Tuesday he said everything was "all set". Wednesday one hour before we were to go sign paperwork the girl in finance calls to say financing was only guaranteed for one truck not the other. Not sure why they waited three days to call and tell us that when Sunday, Monday and Tuesday they were saying we were "all set". Very poor customer service. More

Dave Wilson was highly professional and immediately took the car in to be looked at. The whole service team was completely thorough and the problem was diagnosed and corrected.
